Some of Our Leadership Modules
While leadership is easy to explain, leadership is not so easy to practice. Leadership is about behavior first, skills second. Good leaders are followed chiefly because people trust and respect them, rather than the skills they possess. Leadership is different from management. Management relies more on planning and organizational skills. Leadership relies on management skills too, but more so on qualities such as integrity, honesty, humility, courage, commitment, sincerity, passion, confidence, positivity, wisdom, determination, compassion and sensitivity. The archetypal adage that some people are born leaders is still being debated until today. We say those who want to be a leader can develop their leadership ability.
In LKA we address the Knowledge, Attitude, Skills, and Habits improvement areas and during the development sessions, we will also conduct individual analysis of your leaders' skills and competence. Some of the tools that we will install are Management Styles Analysis, Leadership Styles Analysis, Motivation to Work Analysis, Performance Appraisal Skills Analysis, Problem Solving and Decision Making Styles Analysis, Coaching Skills Analysis, and many more.
